Service Satisfaction Guarantee:

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. While we have a strict no-refund policy on completed services, We offer a complimentary adjustment within 7 days of service completion if you are not fully satisfied.

Product Sales/Returns:

 

• Final Sale: All opened hair care products, hair tools, brushes/combs, and hair accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Store Credit: Unopened merchandise can be returned for store credit within 30 days of the purchase date, provided you have a receipt

 

Appointment Cancellations:

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide sufficient notice. The first occurrence of a last-minute cancellation will be waived, but any further last-minute cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee. A non-refundable $10 booking fee is required to book or reschedule appointments.
