Salon Policy

  • All clients are required to have an active card on file.

  • To respect everyone’s time, the following fees apply:

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the service cost

  • Same-day appointment cancellations: 50% of the service cost

  • No-shows: 100% of the service cost

  • There are no refunds on completed services. However, we are committed to your satisfaction, complimentary adjustments are available within 7 days of your original appointment.

Privacy Policy 

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information, including contact details and appointment history, which are used solely to provide and improve our salon services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law or to process payments securely.

Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, repeated cancellations or no-shows, or situations that may compromise the safety or quality of our services. Our goal is to maintain a professional, respectful, and safe environment for all clients and staff.
