Salon Terms & Conditions
We are committed to delivering a high-end, personalized experience. By booking with us, you agree to the following policies that protect both your time and ours.
Appointments & Booking
All appointments are reserved exclusively for you and require a valid card on file and/or deposit to secure. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your final balance.
Cancellations
We kindly require a minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice for any changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service, as this time has been specifically reserved for you.
Timeliness
To maintain the flow of the day, we ask that you arrive on time. Late arrivals may require adjustments to your service or rescheduling, and full service fees may still apply.
Pricing
All services are customized; therefore, pricing may vary based on hair length, density, and previous color history. Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation.
Customized Services
Every service is tailored with the health and integrity of your hair as the priority. We reserve the right to modify or decline services that may compromise your hair.
Hair History
Full transparency regarding your hair’s history is essential. Undisclosed chemical treatments, including box color, may affect results, and we cannot guarantee outcomes in such cases.
Results & Maintenance
Hair is an investment. While we strive for excellence, results may vary, and maintaining your look requires proper at-home care and recommended products.
Terms and Conditions
If you have concerns, please contact us within 3–7 days of your appointment. We are happy to refine your look when appropriate; however, adjustments do not include changes in preference.
Refund Policy
All services are final. We do not offer refunds, but we stand behind our work and will address any concerns with care and professionalism.
Respectful Environment
We maintain a calm, professional atmosphere and reserve the right to refuse service if necessary to protect that standard.
Guests & Children
To preserve a relaxing experience, we ask that only scheduled clients attend appointments unless otherwise arranged.

Kindly keep track of your belongings, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
